After years of living in my suffering & darkness, I went on a journey to find proof that I didn't have to stay that way. Over the last 6 years, I have been on a deep dive of researching, studying, and implementing scientific & spiritual practices to help break patterns, rewrite stories, & manifest the life of my dreams. I have worked closely with coaches, intuitive guides, healers, & plant medicines and have learned some of the tools they have to offer in order to help others myself. With training in NLP, Emotional Freedom Technique, hypnosis, parts integration, etc, I believe that healing & living a life of freedom and abundance are possible.
