The Lodging
Our home for this weekend is located in Marblehead, MA right near the harbor. It has plenty of cozy spaces inside to curl up and read, and with only a 10 minute drive to Salem it is the perfect place for witchy book lovers to gather for a magical weekend. Beds, however, are LIMITED! There are two single rooms, and two shared rooms! If you choose the shared room, you are purchasing a bed in that room.

The Book Club
A reading retreat is like a vacation book club, so lets expand on that idea with an actual book club! We will be reading Grim Tidings by B.K. Borison as a group before the event, and have scheduled time to chat about it during! This book does not come out until September, but if you would like to acquaint yourself with this world, and author check out Good Spirits (set in the same universe), or some of her other best sellers First Time Caller, & And Now, Back to You!

Meet Your Host
Hi, I'm Meg! I was an avid reader growing up, but then I didn't read a fiction book for over a decade! One day I picked up a book about Fae (you know which one 🌹😏) as an attempt to reconnect with my inner child, and I was teleported into a world of fantasy once again. I truly believe that these books have the ability to heal us in ways we could never imagine.
I wanted to bring other book lovers together for a magical and relaxing weekend, and so, the Reading Retreats were born!
